Well, it seems I can't reproduce this in my browsers.
Do you see this with the Feedshow reader ?
If yes, you can send me a screen capture by mail... I'll try to guess what's going on !

Thanks for your support. I can see Tamil font properly in left and top panel properly but in the bottom panel it is having problem , as you say i am not having issues in IE but in firefox2 there is some issues . (Note In view source of botom panel there is no problem). Please help me in this regard. IF it is font issue it should not display in all the panel if I am not wrong.

in 3 panes layout, when i click rss link in pane 2, pane 3 always open page with different title, for example:

in pane 2 it says

2007-09-11 00:45 Imixs announces Workflow for Geronimo V2 and BEA Weblogic 10

when i click the link, in pane 3 shows this page

"javaBin and Running a Successful JUG: Video Tech Brief"

so the title in pane 2 is different with title in pane 3.

this problem occurs in all of my subscribed rss... :(

please help.

Minor Bug linking to RSS Validator

Hi,

I have a feed which uses multiple values in the querystring:

http://www.compucars.co.uk/search.asp?s … p;modela=2

I click on the info tage which provides a link to validate the feed - the link being:

http://www.feedshow.com/feedvalidator/? … amp;vage=5

On going through to the validation only http://rss.compucars.co.uk/rss1.asp?make=8 is passed through

I think the solution would be to URL encode the url passed through (the http://rss.compucars.co.uk/rss1.asp?mak … amp;vage=5 part) as currently the feedvalidator thinks that the querystring variable for "url" passed in is http://rss.compucars.co.uk/rss1.asp?make=8 followed by a bunch of other variables that it does not need.

This site has recently placed some of thier pages up on your feedshow.
They then went to search engine sites and submitted the pages that they
feed to your site.The Reason they did this is because they committed a crime
by stealing one of my songs and i had to ask them to remove it because i
am under contract with another company and it doesn't allow me to give
away any free material,plus it was a violation of copyright law anyway.
Thay got very angry and posted a bunch of nasty comments about me
on thier website and a few followers of the site joined in on the hate
fest.
I really felt harrased by all this and i am disabled so that made it
worse.So i told them to please take all thier hateful speach about
me off thier site and i informed them that harassing a disabled
person is a felony under the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act
which was passed in 1992.So they complied but now they have feed
these pages to your site.I would ask that you remove the pages
they have posted on your site.They are engaging in criminal activity
by violating copyright law which is a serious crime and also by
continuing to harass me which as told you is a felony.
I have warned them that the nest step for them is to be
charged with several crime one of which is felony.
Since most of the material on thier site is being disributed in the same
manner-without the owners consent-if it come to filing federal charges
against them-discovery will undoubtably discover a multitude of crimes
and all four people who have been running this blog may speng quite
a long time in prison.In mean time please remove these pages that
they have posted on your site.

Hi,

You have a folder (estrangeiros) that includes " characters in it's name.
Just rename this folder to suppress the " and it will be ok.
Tell me if you have problems, I'll do it for you.

I will also modify Feeshow to accept " in folders name...

My problem is the same from anniebee30. My folders are hiden, missing. "I know they are still there because I edit them under the Manage Subscriptions section, I just can't access the actual feeds." The problem is recent. Sorry, I don't write english very well. I understanding more less, well. Thanks to help me.

I will check your configuration...

Update:

A feed in your configuration has special characters (CR, tabs !) in it's title...and Feedshow complains for that !
The solution (for now) is to suppress this feed from your configuration.
The feed to suppress :
- title : "The Economic Times - Software"
- url : "http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/rssfeeds/13357555.cms"
Tell me if it still don't see your feeds (you should!).

I will add more controls in FeedShow so that you'll be able those kind of feeds.

update
I have change the title for that special feed so that you may now see your feeds without deleting the feed.
However you may see strange behavior for this feed...until I add more controls to FeedShow.

Folders will not load

When I log in to Feedshow, the links to my feeds do not show up on the left hand side of the page, nor do any of my folders. I know they are still there because I edit them under the Manage Subscriptions section, I just can't access the actual feeds. Things seemed to have worked correctly for a few days and then links just disappeared. Any advice? Thanks!

Problem solved.
The "remember me" logic has been modified so that you can use this feature from any computer without locking the account !!!

No IP, but a token is stored in a cookie (and on the server side) when you use te 'remember me' feature.
Seems that there is a wrong logic here (login/password should prevail).

I am presently using feedshow from 3 different computers (all firefox 1.5 on WinXP). At least two of them was unable to log me in.

I tried again today but it did not work until I cleared all cookies in the browser (I also experiemented whith requesting a new password but it dit not make a diff)... Only after clearing cookies was I able to login (only sucessfully tested on one computer so far).

Are you using the IP in the cookie for validation? Anyway, clearly there is some cookie related problem in feedshow.

For my information, do you use Feedshow from various places ?

I have cleared some data on the server side, it should be OK now.
